Returns Policy
This page is a placeholder. It is not approved for live sales and does not constitute a published returns policy.
Not approved for live sales.
This returns policy is a draft placeholder. No return eligibility, window, cost, or process is in effect. A formal returns policy will be published and linked from checkout before any live customer orders are accepted.
Local POC disclosure
The current LUMINA storefront is a local proof-of-concept (POC). Live customer checkout is not authorized. For the current local POC, contact support for any test-order issues. No published returns policy is in effect until it is explicitly posted and linked from checkout.
What will be covered
The published returns policy will describe return eligibility, the return window, any restocking or shipping costs, the return process, and how refunds are issued. Until then, contact support for any questions about the POC.
