Shipping to the contiguous US 48 states is planned storefront scope, not an active service. The planned operating target is to dispatch within 5 business days (T+5) after payment and address verification. This is a planned operational target, explicitly not a production guarantee, until operations are formally launched. Dispatch is not delivery; the checkout and order confirmation must provide the carrier delivery estimate for your address before any live sales.

Tracking provision is also planned, not currently provided. A tracking link is planned to be provided once an order has been handed to the carrier. Delivery timing will depend on the shipping option shown at checkout and the carrier's service to your address.

If a package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, or if an item is missing, or if a package does not arrive within the estimated window, contact customer support with your order number and details so the case can be reviewed.

Live customer checkout is not yet authorized. The physical checkout flow is currently a proof-of-concept (POC) only. Final return eligibility, return window, cost, and process must be published before live sales begin.

For the current local POC, contact support for any test-order issues. No published returns policy is in effect until it is explicitly posted and linked from checkout.

A few simple habits help keep pieces in good condition over time. These are general tips; always follow the product-specific care notes on your item page.

• Wipe surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the finish.
• Keep pieces away from household chemicals, perfumes, and cleaning products.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can affect color in some crystal types over time.
• Store pieces separately or on a soft surface to prevent contact scratches.
