Shipping Policy
This page is a placeholder. It is not approved for live sales and does not constitute a published shipping policy.
Not approved for live sales.
This shipping policy is a draft placeholder. No dispatch or delivery commitments are in effect. A formal shipping policy will be published and linked from checkout before any live customer orders are accepted.
Local POC disclosure
The current LUMINA storefront is a local proof-of-concept (POC). Live customer checkout is not authorized. Any test orders placed during this POC are for internal validation only.
Planned operating target
The planned operating target is to dispatch within 5 business days after payment and address verification, for the contiguous US 48 states. Dispatch is not delivery; the checkout and order confirmation must provide the carrier delivery estimate for your address. This is a planned target, not a production guarantee, until operations are formally launched.
What will be covered
The published shipping policy will describe supported regions, dispatch targets, carrier delivery estimates, shipping charges, taxes, and how to report damaged or missing packages. Until then, contact support for any questions about the POC.
